Our process is straightforward but detailed. We start by preparing the ground with professional equipment, including both Harley rakes and box rakes, to level soil, remove debris, and establish proper drainage. Once the site is ready, we seed with soil- and location-specific blends from Oliver Seed in Milton, apply starter fertilizer, and cover with straw to protect seed and lock in moisture.
